| Q | What does a manufacturer do to recondition products? | ||
| A | Once returned to the manufacturer, the entire item is completely checked to assure it meets ALL factory specifications. All items are returned to new condition and come with full warranties directly from the manufacturer. Kodak includes full one year warranties on their items (same as new) and includes all accessories, manuals, and software. We sell only Class A reconditioned items which have not had a defective history. What this generally means is almost all of items in this class were returned for reasons other than being defective; IE a box that was opended. The manufacturer can not resell them as new so they are dubbed reconditioned. | ||

| Q | My item arrived defective; what do I need to do for a replacement? | ||

are rare however they can occur. If you suspect your item is
defective upon receipt, we ask that you notify us at your earliest

with a detailed
explanation of what specifically the issue appears to be. We will

| Q | I need to file a warranty claim for my item..how do I do this? | ||

items come with a manufacturer warranty. If the item you ordered
is defective please follow instructions on your warranty documentation
that came with your item. You will need to show proof of purchase
for your item for the warranty to be valid. If you need a sales

| Q | How do I pay for an item from Otter Creek Trading Co.? | ||
| A | Upon the close of an auction or "buy it now" you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact Otter Creek Trading Co. to arrange payment. Simply return to the auction you just won and click the "Pay Now" at the top of the page or the checkout button at the top of the description. If you do not see a "Pay Now" button, ensure you are signed in. Also we will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. (Sometimes, you'll receive our e-mail before eBay's) Our email will contain a link back to our checkout you just won. If you desire to pay via money order or certified check you must still complete our checkout. | ||

| Q | I attempted to use the checkout and I got a message stating my email address was not recognized..why? | ||
| A | When
attempting to pay for an item it is important you use your current email
address that is on file with eBay even though it may not be one you use
any longer. It is advisable to keep this address current
with eBay as you can receive a suspension from the site if eBay
discovers the address is invalid. Please communicate an
alternative email address to us in the "note to seller"

accept certified checks and money orders. We do not accept

| A | You will have seven days from the close of the auction to pay for your item. Sorry, but after seven days, we will have to resell your item to the next interested buyer, so please pay for your item as soon as possible. | ||

| A | Yes but in order to receive a combined discount, please pay for your items at the same time. Payments made separately do not qualify for any shipping discounts. All of your eBay wins will be in one checkout for you. Any checkout link we send you will take you to the same combined checkout. | ||

| A | State laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where they are resident. Otter Creek Trading Co. is currently based in the state of North Carolina. Subsequently we are required to charge applicable taxes that state. | ||

| A | Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed we immediately begin to process your order and file for a shipment with UPS. Transit time will vary depending on your location. Most orders ship from North Carolina. By tracking your order, UPS will issue a tentative delivery date. |

| A | We use UPS for the 48 contiguous US states and Canada and USPS for AK, HI, and PR orders. We can not ship USPS in place of UPS of vise versa. | ||

| Q | Will I get a tracking number? | ||
| A | Yes.
You will get an automated email with your tracking number when your item
is being prepared for shipment. *Note that you may need to wait up
to 24 business hours before your item shows an "in transit"
status when checking the status of your shipment on UPS.com.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days (Mon-Fri) after payment, please email us with the following information at support@ottercreektrading.com and we will get your tracking number to you. Note that SPAM filters commonly delete tracking emails so please check your SPAM deletion box before contacting us. Tracking #'s are sent via email by UPS directly.

| A | Sorry but no. Many of our items ship via a 3rd party fulfillment company which will not allow in person pickups for any reason. | ||
