My item arrived with an issue or is defective, what do I do? Please email us and we will work to promptly resolve the issue. Many times seemingly defective issues can be resolved with troubleshooting. In some cases we can help, in others we will refer you to a mfr support line trained to offer detailed technical assistance. All defective items (where applicable in accordance with the return policy) will be replaced within 20 days upon receipt of the returned item. OC Trading will pay for return shipping of the replacement item. Beyond 20 days the item would need to be sent to the mfr for replacement via the included warranty. For iRobot or Krups, per the return policy, these items will be exchanged or repaired by the mfr directly.
Christmas/Holiday Exception: The return period for gift items will start Dec 25 and will be allowed the normal 20 days after Dec 25.
Do you charge sales tax? Only North Carolina residents are charged applicable sales tax
I received a USPS (US Postal Service) ship notice but my tracking # does not show that the item is in transit The packages we ship are pre-sorted and will generally not show any transit activity until the item reaches the local USPS destination postal hub. This is normal.

When will my item ship? We typically are able to ship the next business day after payment is received and approved. An exception to this is payments made by PayPal e-check. These payments take several days to clear and we can not ship until the payment has cleared.
What exactly does factory reconditioned mean? We sell only Class 1 units, factory reconditioned by the mfr to new condition. They come with a full mfr warranties (see product details for warranty specifics) Class 1 Definition: What this means is it was returned by a retailer to the mfr. for reasons other than being defective. The mfr. takes these units, tests them in the same manner as they do new units and they certify them as new condition units. They however can not resell them as new so they are dubbed reconditioned. Since they do not have a defective history and are essentially new units, Most, including Kodak carry the same warranty as a new item and ship with the same accessories. They function as new and are generally identical in appearance to new units.
I need to file a warranty claim for my item..how do I do this? All items come with a manufacturer warranty. If the item you ordered is defective please follow instructions on your warranty documentation that came with your item. You will need to show proof of purchase for your item for the warranty to be valid. If you need a sales receipt, please email us and we will be happy to send you one.
