Kodak, MyVu, Pentax, Leupold, Bushnell: We guarantee our products to be fully functional upon delivery. In the rare event your item arrives defective, we will replace it upon receipt of the faulty unit. Returns must be initiated within 20 days from the date of delivery. After this 20 day period, items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Non-defective items can be returned within 20 days for a refund minus a 10% restock fee, or $7 (which ever is greater). Please email for authorization prior to returning any item.
iRobot, Oreck: In the rare event your item arrives defective or develops any issue during the warranty period, simply call the provided 800 # and they will replace the unit at no cost to you. We do not accept iRobot or Oreck items back, including non-defective units. All defect issues are easily handled through the mfr warranty.
